What if there was a tool that can combine aesthetically pleasing architecture with optimized building performance? AI.sthetic is a tool allowing designers to make data-driven decisions and understand the impact of their design. Combining the 3 pillars of tomorrow's architecture - AI, visuals, and performance, we would be able to quickly generate massing designs, imagine and adjust our aesthetic, and integrate building performance analysis into this. In order to do this, we’re using existing open-source tools, and combining them into an app.

Problem

Many AI tools are great at the generative design of massing, but they come at a cost – they are either limited in the visual expression of their architecture or they are limited in their building performance analysis.

Motivation

What if there’s a tool that doesn’t sacrifice either beautiful architecture or the analysis?
